ParaMeter
Overview
ParaMeter is an internal Industry 4.0 dashboard and forecasting platform for open and closed wall panel production. It unifies data from numerous systems and protocols to generate KPIs, track production, and forecast future workloads.
The Problem
Production data was fragmented across multiple systems, making it difficult for management to track real-time performance or forecast upcoming projects.
Approach
Designed and built a microservice-based architecture integrating ERP, telematics, PLCs, and design software. Developed both web and mobile interfaces using Blazor and MAUI Hybrid.
Impact
Enabled real-time visibility into production, improved forecasting accuracy, and centralized operational data into a single pane of glass.
